We're never gonna survive

Geez, long time no see, huh?
Wow. I actually missed LJ. So. Things are getting sorted out. Finally.

So, I am now officially studying biochemistry. My lessons start on wednesday, and I can't wait to see what it would be like! I'm so excited, but at the same time petrified - this all means I'll have much more work to do, more than ever, but I think I'll manage. I have to. Well, I want to.  So, yay, I'm back!

I practically wasted this summer. We went to London in May and it was amazing! I love London, I've always wanted to go there, and now I have I want to go back! After that came the exams. I passed, of course, but not perfectly, I messed everything up, I fell under pressure. That's terrible, and it must never happen again. Anyway, all was not lost, I wasn't first on the list, but I got in. I guess that's what matters.

After all that, we all went to Austria, Vienna. It wasn't my first time there, but I loved it. I took a whole bunch of pics, but I haven't processed them yet, they're just hanging around, waiting to be noticed :)

And when we came back, Dad decided that it was the perfect time to fix things around the place, so he had all our windows changed, and some of the walls fixed up, and painted all over again... We had to sleep in the dining room for a while. It was fun :)

And that was it. The whole summer went by, I didn't swim, not once, I didn't repair my bike (and I planned to), I didn't do anything I intended. I feel so bad about that. And my driving lessons! Never started. I'm definitely gonig to start these days, but still, that's not the way it should've been. I was supposed to get that done before my lessons start so I could focus on lessons only. Blah. Well, there's no use in weeping, I should get to work.

So, yes, I'm back on LJ. I really missed this.

And, it's raining. It's definitely autumn outside...

This hiatus lasted a bit longer that I'd planned, hah...

Anyway, the good news is that I made it! I got in that ''specific'' university, and things should be fine now. Lectures start in October, so this is my longest summer so far... And none of my plans are working. I went to London in May and that was it. There's no time for Greece because we're doing some serious window-repairing, wall-painting and furniture-moving. And there will be no France either because of some unexpected discoveries. Brilliant :D

So now I'm stuck at home, sorting out this mess, reading books and playing in Photoshop, yay! In a few days, hopefully, I'll be able to start with my driving lessons - finally!
But that's it, I've got nothing better to do :(
I wanted to get a summer job, but the exams didn't allow me. 

And the Olympics, omg! The opening ceremony was spectacular! Ah, I love the Olympics.

Well, I'm alive, breathing, busy (but not enough), and the time has come for a time-out! I am going to London. This week. On Wednesday. For real. YAY!!! I've always wanted to go to London, and now I will, and I'm so excited!

Heath Ledger died. I was petrified when I read it on the screen. Awful. Horrible. So, so sad. I'll miss him so much, he was one of my favourite actors... OMG, I can't get a grip. It's like when Steve Irwin died, I couldn't believe my eyes and ears...

This is terrible.

I know, I know, I'm barely here at all, what's the hiatus notice for anyway... This time it's for certain. From May, I'm having a couple of exams. Very important ones. Crucial ones. I must pass all of them with flying colors if I want to continue my education the way I planned (the particular school is very 'hard to get in', and I want to get in so badly...). Anyways, since I'm awfully stressed out and terribly worried that no matter how hard I try, I'm going to fail cause I'm just not trying hard enough, I decided to cut down on everything that might keep my mind off of books. Thus, I will be posting here probably even less. I might show up during the weekends, but only if I'm doing fine and find some spare time. I have a whole list of books (nine, to be precise) that I need to read for my literature lessons, and I've only started reading two of them... I am so behind the schedule, and it is going to pull me down if I don't start studying seriously.


So, basically, yes, I'm away until the end of June.

Hello again. I just can't seem to start posting regularily on here. Anyways, I'm on a winter brake, wich is good. Great, actually. Well then, have a great 2008!

Oh, come on!! This sucks!! Being an internetoholic, I need a steady internet connection, not a once-a-month-or-so!!! Argh. And they say it'll be alright. If the-people-who-are-in-charge are right, the problem, whatever it was, is fixed, and everyone should have their internet up and running from now on. I really hope they're right...

Hey, I've been off for quite some time, sorry. School is killing me. After all, I am in my last year here. I've got a lot of exams to prepare for. Yay. Plus, I have to decide which university I want to go to...

Anyways, I wanted to say that I'll be off some more - I'm going on a school trip to Italy!! I'm leaving early tomorrow, and I'll be back on 27th. It's not a huge deal, I won't see Rome nor Milan, we'll only go to Venice, Florence, Verona, Pisa and Padova but still, I'm sooo excited!!! I'll take a whole bunch of photos!!! Wee, can't wait!!! I promise to post some more when I come back, I've been really lazy lately.
